£12Matcha pancakes, black sesame cream, adzuki beans and a dusting of green tea sugar.
London · Open daily 9am to 10pm
One batter, a hundred passports. Every stack borrows from a dish we love somewhere in the world, then comes home to a hot pan and a plate in London.
How the menu works
We work from a single house batter and let the toppings do the travelling. Below you will find our signature stacks, the classics we could never take off, a few sides built to share, and a short list of drinks that hold their own next to a plate this loud. Prices include everything you see on the plate.

Sides & extras
Small plates built to sit beside a stack, or make a meal of their own.
Drinks
A pancake this loud needs a quiet glass beside it. Our coffee is roasted a mile from here, the juices are pressed in-house, and the list stops where it should.
